SMSVerifier provides temporary virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS verification codes from online services and platforms. The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go basis where users add funds to their account and pay per verification.

• Virtual phone numbers are provided on a temporary, one-time use basis
• Numbers are available from multiple countries worldwide
• SMS codes are delivered in real-time through our web platform and API
• Each number has a 20-minute timeout window for receiving SMS
• We do not guarantee that every verification attempt will be successful, as success depends on third-party services

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities
• Send spam, phishing messages, or other unsolicited communications
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service beyond normal API usage

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Payments & Billing

The Service operates on a pre-paid balance system. Key payment terms:

• You must add funds to your account before using the Service
• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and vary by service and country
• Prices are dynamic and subject to change based on real-time provider rates
• Payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency
• Deposits are generally non-refundable and converted to account credit
• Deposit bonuses are subject to our current bonus tier structure and may change

All prices shown on the platform are final. No taxes are collected as we provide a digital service. Users are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• Automatic refund — If no SMS is received within the 20-minute timeout, your balance is automatically restored
• Manual cancellation — You may cancel an active order at any time before an SMS is received for an instant refund
• Completed orders — Once an SMS has been successfully delivered, the order cannot be refunded
• Account balance — Deposited funds are generally non-refundable but remain available for use on the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• That every verification attempt will be successful
• Availability of specific phone numbers, countries, or services at any given time
• Specific SMS delivery times

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMSVerifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software), is owned by SMSVerifier and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service or its resources
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any remaining balance may be forfeited if termination is due to Terms violation.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
