How fast do SMS codes arrive?

Can I use the same number for multiple verifications?
The number behavior depends on the type:

Why can't I choose a specific phone number?
Numbers are assigned randomly from our pool for several reasons:
- Security: Random assignment prevents number hoarding and abuse
- Reliability: Ensures fresh numbers with higher success rates
- Provider policies: Our upstream providers assign numbers dynamically
If you need a specific country, simply select it before purchasing. The number itself will be randomly assigned from that country's pool.
What happens if I don't receive an SMS?
If no SMS is received, here's what happens:
- Orders are automatically cancelled after 20 minutes if no SMS arrives
- Your balance is refunded automatically upon cancellation
- You can try again with a new number
- Try a different country for better success rates
- Some services are slower — wait the full 20 minutes before retrying
- If the service blocks VoIP numbers, try a country with real SIM numbers
You can also manually cancel an order at any time before the SMS arrives to get an instant refund.
What does 'Cancel Order' do?
Cancelling an order does the following:
- The phone number is released immediately
- Your balance is refunded instantly
- You can purchase a new number right away
This is useful when you want to try a different number or country.

Refunds are processed to your SMS Verifier wallet balance, not to the original payment method. This allows for instant refunds. If you need a refund to your payment method, please contact our support team for assistance.
How long do I have to use a number?
Number session times depend on the status:
- Active session: 20 minutes from purchase
- Waiting for SMS: The timer runs from when you purchase
- SMS received: You have 5 minutes to use the code
- Auto-cancel: If no SMS arrives in 20 minutes, automatic refund
For best results, enter the number on the target platform immediately after purchase and request the verification code right away.
Can I receive multiple SMS on the same number?
Each number purchase is for a single SMS verification. Once you receive the code and the session ends, the number is released. If you need another code, you'll need to purchase a new number.
Are the numbers real phone numbers?
Yes, all our numbers are real phone numbers capable of receiving SMS messages. They come from actual telecom providers and work just like regular phone numbers for verification purposes.
Some numbers are virtual (VoIP) and some are real SIM-based. Both types work for most services, though a few platforms may only accept SIM-based numbers.
Can I receive voice calls on these numbers?
Our service is designed for SMS verification only:
- We support SMS text messages only
- Voice calls are not supported
- If a platform sends a voice call instead of SMS, it won't work
What happens if I receive unwanted SMS?
During your active session:
- Only the verification code from your selected service is displayed

Do you offer long-term number rentals?
Currently, we only offer temporary numbers for one-time SMS verification. Each number is assigned for a single session (up to 20 minutes). We do not offer long-term number rentals or permanent numbers at this time.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are simple and automatic:
- If no SMS is received within 20 minutes, your order is auto-cancelled and refunded
- You can manually cancel an order at any time before receiving the SMS
- Refunds are credited to your wallet balance instantly
There's no need to contact support for standard refunds — they're fully automated.

You can cancel an active order at any time before receiving the SMS code.
Cancelling is useful when:

What if I was charged but didn't get a code?

How do you protect my data?

Can someone else see my verification codes?
No. Verification codes are only visible to the account that purchased the number. Once the session expires, the codes are permanently deleted from our system. We do not store or share verification codes with anyone.
